MONEAGUE

Major Noel Williams is MSRM's Managing Director.  

 

Noel spent a portion of his career at Alcoa. In 1999 he was Security Manager for Alcoa Minerals of Jamaica, based in Clarendon, Jamaica. In 2005, Noel was reassigned to Pittsburgh when his security responsibilities expanded to all refineries and smelters within Alcoa World Alumina, Atlantic division.  He then became the Manager for Security and Advance Planning for Alcoa’ Global Primary Products Growth, Bauxite & Africa business where he was responsible for personnel and asset protection, threat assessments and ensuring that good security platforms are in place for Alcoa’s global expansion projects.  Just 5 years later, Noel was again promoted to Alcoa's Chief Security Officer where he assumed global responsibility for leading the Corporate Security function for a $24 billion revenue, international corporation with over 200 locations around the world.  

 

Prior to joining Alcoa, Noel served in general management roles for Caribbean Broilers and was a marketing supervisor for Shell Company WI (West Indies) Ltd., both in Jamaica.

 

From 1980-1991, he served in the Jamaica Defense Force, attaining the rank of Major and retiring as a Company Commander. He is the recipient of the General Service Medal for “Operation Urgent Fury, Grenada."

 

Noel is a member of the American Society on Industrial Security. He received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Technology, Jamaica and received an MBA degree from the University of the West Indies. Noel is a graduate of the distinguished Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, England.
